Residential Conveyancer - Legal Executive/Solicitor Regional law firm with several locations is seeking to expand their busy and successful Residential Property Team based on the Dorset Coast. The successful candidate will have a network of existing relationships, possess a strong reputation in the area together with the ability to work with zero supervision and prove support to junior members of the team. The role will involve responsibility for managing your own caseload of files ranging from sales, purchases, leasehold and unregistered titles, mortgages and transfers of ownership. The ideal candidate will have strong residential property experience. You will be required to build good relationships with estate agents and referrers, attending events and seminars.
