Recruitment Assistant at Rocksteady Music School Liphook, Hampshire Recruitment Assistant - Based in Liphook £20,000 p/a Rocksteady Music School are the largest and fastest growing rock school in Europe. We deliver inspiring music lessons by sending passionate musicians into schools to teach primary school children how to perform music in a band. As a rapidly growing business, we are now looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join our Recruitment team to help attract the best talent across every department in the business as we continue to grow and empower children through music. A key focus of the role is to consistently deliver a positive candidate experience whilst ensuring we are always making the best hiring decisions that ensure all our staff align with the Rocksteady mission and ethos. The Role Review candidate CV’s and applications across all our roles Conduct video interviews and screening calls to hopeful candidates and make decisions on their suitability for the role Manage our 'Careers’ inbox and respond to all emails in a timely manner Use of our ATS to ensure all candidates are scored effectively and communication is consistent with our candidates throughout their recruitment journey Be the first point of contact for candidates calling our office for any information about our roles Scheduling interviews and phone calls with candidates Give feedback to candidates at various stages throughout the process Support the organisation and running of Assessment and Observation days Utilise various job portals and social media to source and attract talent ensuring the relevant criteria to help build our talent pool strategy across the UK Reporting to the Recruitment Manager Office based Monday to Friday role with some flexibility on hours through busy recruitment periods Skills and Experience Excellent organisation and administrative skills People focused with an ability to build instant rapport Personable and approachable Able to communicate passionately and confidently with applicants and colleagues Great time management skills and a proven track record of consistently meeting deadlines Resilient and composed Ability to have difficult conversations and deliver objective feedback Exceptional listening skills A clear passion for our mission and ethos An understanding of Recruitment employment legislation is desirable Benefits We ensure you work in an environment where staff are motivated and passionate about the work they are doing.
