Overview
Would you like to do something different to traditional recruitment? How about supporting ex-offenders to get back into employment? And… no charging recruitment fees. The service you provide is free. It’s just helping businesses to connect in with a great talent pool, and do a good thing. There will be traveling involved. But you will work from home usually one day a week. You will travel to Guildford, Staines, Brighton and Hastings. Travel is paid of course. And you will be visiting your team members in probation trusts, and working closely with the ex-offenders. This role is split between 50% account management of employers already on board. Which will involve coordinating recruitment days and screening sessions. And then 50% new business. So reaching out to businesses to provide a cost free recruitment service. This is a great chance to get into the charity sector and to work within criminal justice. You will be joining a large national charity (one of the biggest) with lots of opportunities for development. This post would suit anyone with a background working as a sales consultant, recruitment consultant, employer engagement consultant as well as a graduate with some sales experience who would like to move into this field.
