Trainee recruitment consultant Guildford Starting basic circa £23-25k Our client has been in the recruitment industry personally for over 20 years and founded a new business 11 years ago. With a very strong team of senior management all from the industry, this busines is oozing support and success. We are now looking to help them grown through finding 6 new recruiters to work across the following industry sectors: White collar construction Rail Water Property With a very stuctured career path that can take you down either the Resource to Account Manager or Recruiter to Director level. You will know at each step of the way what is expected from you in order to achieve promotion so that it is structured and not a guessing game. An excellent commission scheme, company values, office and team environment We would love to hear from those perhaps 1-2 years in to their sales careers, whether that be motor sales, property, gym and leisure.
