From here we recruit for Accountancy & Finance, Human Resources, Office Support and Construction & Property. Your new role As a Recruitment Consultant you will become an expert, recruiting into one of our 20 specialisms. You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of candidates and clients and be pro-active in developing valuable, long lasting relationships through your business development and direct advertising. You will be placing the right candidate into the right role and completing the full end to end recruitment process whilst successfully achieving your targets and KPI's specific to your desk within this results-orientated business. What you'll need to succeed To thrive in Hays you will be a Graduate with a proven track record of success in your studies and any previous work experience. You will be able to show a talent for building relationships and enjoy working in a busy, target driven environment.
