Group Food & Beverage Director – Luxury Resorts Location: National Based Role Salary: Negotiable A group of luxury resorts in the UK is looking for an experienced Group F&B/Restaurant person to oversee multiple outlets across their entire portfolio. We seek a person with strong operations leadership and multi-unit background preferred. Ability to manage managers and staff of over 1000 employees. As Group F&B Director you will be an important member of the senior executive team and supported with the tools needed to succeed in the dynamic organization. RESPONSIBILITIES Direct and oversee all group F&B operations Lead senior management team Monitors group profitability and takes immediate corrective action when necessary Develops and implements programs which improve retention and job satisfaction Recruits and selects competent management personnel Menu and concept development alongside the Group Executive Chef Implement annual strategic plan and set goals for each outlet/resort Ensure standards are enforced and met across all outlets REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 8 years in a management or supervisory capacity in the restaurant/hotel industry Strong leadership and communication skills Good with computer and numerical skills Can setup research and harvest statistical data to inform and improve decision making process Does this sound like you?
