A permanent HR & Onboading Assistant based in Birmingham Your new company A commercial yet values orientated Financial Services organisation based in Birmingham. They are now looking to recruit an experienced HR & Onboarding Assistant to join the team. Your new role The HR & Onboarding Assistant will provide HR, recruitment and onboarding administrative support to the HR team. The post holder will be responsible for producing offer letters & contracts, completing referencing and screening checks and organise inductions. The HR & Onboarding Assistant will also maintain HR records, process changes to terms & conditions to employment and create HR management information reports. What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced HR Administrator or HR Assistant with strong onboarding experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience within the Financial Services or other regulated industry. You will be professional, well organised and have great attention to detail.
