Overview
Our client a local manufacturing company are looking for assembly workers to join their electrical assembly team. We are seeking candidates with previous experience working within a similar setting. We also have positions open for production line staff (no experience necessary) Typical duties will include but not limited to; Loading/Unloading components from machines and production lines Assembling electrical products using electrical hand tools Packaging/Labelling and sealing deliveries for export Quality Checking Recording Hitting KPI targets Skills required; Ability to work in a fast paced environment Previous experience on a production line/assembly Keen eye for detail Previous quality checking would be preferred Positive attitude This position will be an ongoing temporary role with the potential to progress to a permanent placement for the right candidate. Shift pattern - Monday -Thursday 06.30am -16.30pm finishing at 15.30 on Thursday (37 hours per week) Easily reached by public transport from Southend Central. Competitive salary.
