This job vacancy has come available due to internal promotion. You will have the support of a Care Manager giving you the time and control to focus on the day to day running of the home. From inspiring your staff team to adhere to your high standards of care to managing the overall direction, strategy and vision, you will be at the heart of the home making a real difference to the lives of our residents.
