Corporate M&A Lawyer
Overview
Our client, a global services company, is looking to recruit a corporate M&A lawyer. You will be working on complex M&A transactions globally, and engaging in the drafting, negotiating and reviewing of a wide variety of corporate contracts, including: share purchase agreements, disclosure letters, ancillary documents, engagement letters, confidentiality agreements, joint venture agreements, and shareholder agreements. You will be advising on complex international deal structures, and work closely with the business teams by providing legal advice on a variety of commercial and corporate matters. The suitable candidate will have at least 5 years PQE, and have experience in dealing with corporate transactions, gained from either a top law firm or in-house legal environment. The PQE stated is a guide only and does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE.
