Senior Java Developer Our Client is looking for a Senior/ Lead Java Developer to join their excellent Software Delivery Team. Key Skills for a Senior Java Developer Oracle Java Professional Certification. Oracle MySQL Developer Certification. Essential Skills for this Senior Java Developer Extensive knowledge of Java Web technologies ( HTML, CSS, JavaScript ). In-depth knowledge of MySQL. In-depth knowledge of REST, SOAP, and SOA. Problem solving and deep analysis skills including ability to diagnose performance issues. The ability to convert business and/or technical level requirements into successful implementation. Advantages for this Senior Java Developer role: NodeJS. Angular and Formly. Apache Tomcat and Servlet API. Gradle and Groovy. TDD, XP, Continuous Integration. Agile delivery skills – for example Scrum / Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework. Atlassian software such as Bamboo and JIRA. Other Skills for this Senior Java Developer Experience of leading software development projects in Java. Extensive experience of working on large complex software applications and databases with high volumes of data and large numbers of concurrent users. Experience of major redesign and refactoring of complex enterprise solutions. Demonstrable technical leadership experience.
