Overview
This role is for a Technical Implementation Consultant with a high level of technical knowledge and skill in system implementation and migration. As a pragmatic and forward-thinking individual, you will be managing the Technical Implementation of a range of projects from a high level , while also being hands-on enough to manage the full process through to successful deployment. The business is growing rapidly , building a relaxed and positive working environment with staff who are open to new ideas and always looking for ways to develop themselves and their colleagues . They now need Technical Implementation Consultant / Manager with a wide range of experience including general infrastructure and database, with solid experience of 'on and off' site hosting. This role sits within a team of experts that include a DBA, 2nd/3rd Line, and 3 other Technical consultants where there is exceptional teamwork and collaboration. Great communication is key, as you will be working across both technical and non-technical departments and will need to be understood by both. Your primary focus will be to liaise with large 3rd parties and end clients to ensure that their systems are fully prepared for integration with the company's platform. Responsibilities: Lead the technical liaison between internal departments and clients Full project lifecycle implementation Direct involvement of deployments into large client sites Overall management of your workload and associated projects General technical advisory in terms of can and cannot be achieved from a technical perspective Skills and experience: Exceptional client facing / customer service Excellent time-keeping and attention to detail Solid understanding of databases in general (Oracle preferred) Knowledge of application performance, when running on various systems Benefits Competitive salary and pension 25 days holidays Flexible working Life insurance / cycle to work scheme Health and well-being time Regular team socials This role is for someone who loves autonomy and gains satisfaction from delivering Sound like the right next step?
