Objectives as UX Manager: Cultivate a culture where continuous improvement and development is embraced while working alongside the trading, marketing, and design team. Create a measurable uplift in conversion, reduce returns, improve customer satisfaction, engagement, reduce bounce rate and improve journey flows. Ensure your tests and reporting are visible and understood by the business, managing business expectations around change and progress. Ensuring every change made has the customer at the heart of the decision process. What will you need: You will have a successful track record of customer experience delivery with extensive project and change management experience within some great brands. You'll need great communication skills in creating simple and clear rationals for the activity and the measurable impact being made to customer experience. You will have a good technical understanding of web technologies (HTML, Javascript, CSS, A/B, and MVT tools) and commerce platforms (preferable Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
