Overview
Page Personnel are delighted to be partnered exclusively with our client in recruit a Credit Controller. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing own ledgers as part of a two person team whilst providing support to the Group Financial Controller as required. Client Details Our client is a growing innovation business with a head office in the heart of Glasgow. Description The successful candidate will likely have the following responsibilities: Timely collection of outstanding debts by telephone Sending invoices to customers Processing and generating reminder letters Managing your own ledger - high volume of customers Chasing debts by telephone, letter and email Investigating and resolving customer queries Reconciling customer accounts Monthly aged debt reporting including input to bad debt provision calculation Profile The successful candidate will likely have the following profile: Knowledge of working in a credit control Able to manage a ledger from start to finish Working to deadlines IT literacy and ability to use computer packages to area of work. Numerate and accurate when working with figures Willing to take responsibility, happy to work in a busy and fast paced environment Excellent communication skills Flexible, willing to adapt to new tasks and duties Organised, methodical approach to work Job Offer This role offers a competitive salary between £20,000-£22,000 plus benefits.
