Housing Officer - North London Part time, 20 hours/week Salary: £14,795.83 Our client is a registered social housing provider with 50 years' experience building and promoting accessible homes and communities. It has around 3500 homes across the country. Their mission is to champion inclusion by providing and promoting accessible homes and neighbourhoods that welcome and include everyone. As the successful Housing Officer you will be responsible for delivering housing services to our clients tenants in North East London. This is a generic and rewarding housing management role - and a challenging one. You will be responsible for the following: Letting properties Carrying out property inspections, including key health and safety checks Helping tenants to keep up to date with their rent, and liaising with social services and occupational health services to ensure tenants can successfully maintain their tenancy and live independently.
