Senior Site Manager
Overview
A career driven, passionate Senior Site Manager is needed for a multi million-pound commercial development in Milton Keynes - freelance or permanent opportunities available. The contractor has won a number of projects and needs experienced site staff to drive the project, maintain standards and support the Project Manager in delivering the project on time and within budget. The role: Managing all aspects on the build Ensuring site is a safe working environment Analysing drawings with technical, design and production teams Managing onsite sub-contractors Degree or similar in Construction Management A strong character with a willingness to learn and develop. SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS. Ambition to grow with the business. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong Senior Site Manager who has internal and refurbishment experience.
