Overview
An international development consultancy team, that specialise in some of the world's most highly regarded branded residences, are currently looking for an Associate Director to help drive forward their growing team. The role will include regular travel to some of the most luxurious hotel resorts in the world. You will be carrying out development consultancy work primarily for resorts (hotel, golf etc) across the world. The role will largely encompass a combination of detailed appraisal work, report writing and client facing business development. You'll be part of a dynamic, close knit team of which you'll be responsible for helping to manage. Key responsibilities: Conduct in depth feasibility appraisals To manage clients and win on new instructions Carry out detailed report writing Supporting the management of the team P&L management You will ideally be/have: Very competent with Argus Developer, Circle Track record of appraisal and report writing work Ability to manage and lead a team Strong numerical and writing skills Strong people skills Please call me on or
