Overview
To continue our commitment to our Intermediary partners, we are looking for Business Administrators to join us us in our Intermediary department. Being part of the Administration Team you’ll support, develop and promote the growth of the Society’s Intermediary introduced mortgage business, by providing accurate and timely administrative support to the Society’s panel of mortgage intermediaries. You’ll be responsible for the processing new registrations to our panel of intermediaries and preparing mortgage illustrations for them. Responding to broker administration enquiries and inputting data onto our intermediary database will be key parts of the role. You’ll also need to call our brokers on occasion to ensure they receive a timely, best in class service. Hours of work are 35 hours per week between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday You'll have recent experience of working in an administration focused role with a strong customer service bias. Excellent attention to detail experience and evidence of working towards goals and / or performance measures will be critical. You’ll also enjoy working within a team and be flexible, positive and hardworking.
