Overview
An established and highly successful provider of site accommodation, welfare units and transport to industry throughout the UK seek an experienced, customer focused, Telesales / Account Manager to join their small, professional team. Your role: Reporting to the team leader, you will contact existing clients in order to maintain profitable and continuous business levels Contact potential clients to promote the business Develop and maintain product knowledge Liaise with other internal departments to ensure the client receives the service levels required Suggest produce / service level improvements to ensure the client experience is at it's highest level Maintain the company database Proactively chase for new business and develop existing levels Arrange site visits for the Team Leader to attend General administration You will need: Telesales or outbound customer service experience The desire to maintain effective communication with all clients Accurate administration skills The desire to learn and develop your product knowledge Excellent written and vernal communication skills To be happy to work in a productive small team of professionals Possess a good work ethic My client offers a comprehensive benefits package, a quality working environment and full product training
