Overview
Job Description The purpose is to delight clients by providing outstanding customer service. For example, assisting new clients in their onboarding journey, deploying and upgrading client sites in the cloud, resolving demanding technical issues quickly and professionally, and striving for continual improvement. In order to succeed you will be comfortable working alone, with peers or across the business and client organisations as necessary. Role & Responsibilities Ensuring an exemplary level of customer service is provided to all customers at all levels. Answering queries and troubleshooting technical issues relating to a bespoke product based around Azure and O365. Helping new clients in their onboarding journey, including calls to help determine their technical requirements Skills & Qualifications Good knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure Microsoft Azure Office 365 SharePoint PowerShell Scripting This is a short breakdown of the role and the skills required, if you are interested simply apply and I will be in touch.
