Fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Deputy General Manager with a 5 hotel background to join our unique hotel on the next leg of our incredible journey. We are looking for someone with significant hospitality and people management skills who is able to hit the ground running and take the lead on day to day operations. As Deputy General Manager, you will bring passion, drive and innovation, an acute eye for detail and the ability to raise the bar on standards, guest service and operational performance - A confident communicator with the gravitas to inspire, engage and manage the entire hotel team on a daily basis - You'll be able to demonstrate commercial acumen and a proven track record of delivering strong business results through your people.
