Job Title: Assistant Manager - QSR Salary: £22,500 Up-to 3.5k Bonus Location: Liverpool Who will you be working for? You will be working for a Mexican cuisine focused brand within a fast paced environment on the highstreet. A company that to this day has it’s owners in a very hands-on role with stores throughout the UK. This brand takes great pride in it’s consistency and development of its menu. There is lots of room to grow within this brand as it expands further What are we looking for? Experience in a QSR/Grab & Go/Coffee environment is preferred but not essential, have at a minimum 1 years’ experience at supervisor level with a basic understanding of the management of a business & it’s financial elements. This is a great brand to develop these skills, if you are keen to learn, this is the role for you Most of all, you will have an absolute passion for hospitality with an eye on progressing your career further with a great brand Responsibilities – Assisting the General Manager in all aspects including; Managing service in a fast-paced environment Growing local sales Management of internal POS Stock/Payroll/Recruitment/Admin Leading/motivating your team with great customer service Internal training & development Bringing your initiative to the table Work hand in hand with your kitchen team to drive sales & smash targets Adhere to budgets & KPI’s (Labour/Wet & Dry GP) Does this sound like you?
