Overview
A permanent HR Manager role based in the Education Sector in Birmingham. Your new company An innovation Education based organisation that strives to create an environment where learning is engaging, creative and inclusive. Your new role The HR Manager will provide HR leadership and support to a number of sites within the organisation. In partnership with the leadership team, the HR Manager will develop and manage the implementation of a HR & OD strategy designed to create a high performance culture and drive continuous improvement. The role will work in partnership with management teams to support the achievement of objectives, lead change management programmes and coach leaders on people management best practice. The HR Manager will also champion the development of management development, performance management, employee engagement, talent management and succession planning across the organisation. The role will include travel to sites across the West Midlands region (travelling expenses will be payable). What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will be a CIPD qualified HR Manager, with strong strategic and operational HR management experience. Proven success in the development and implementation of organisational development and change management programmes is essential. A background or working knowledge of the education sector would be an advantage but not essential.
