Overview
HR Business Partner in Birmingham to partner the Senior Management team and lead on HR projects. Your new company A commercial yet values orientated Financial Services organisation based in Birmingham. They are now looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team. Your new role The HR Business Partner will partner the Senior Management team to provide HR based solutions to support business objectives and to address people issues. The post holder will provide advice and support to the business on complex ER issues, change management and organisational design. The HR Business Partner will develop and implement key HR strategies around talent management, leadership and employee engagement. Other key responsibilities will include leading HR based projects and being the people lead on organisational initiatives. Additionally the HRBP will identify continuous improvement initiatives and deliver HR workshops. What you'll need to succeed You will be a senior HR Business Partner you will have experience gained within the Financial Services sector. You will be able to demonstrate strategic and operational HR expertise and have substantial project management experience. You will be confident, articulate and be able to build effective working relationship with executive level stakeholders. What you'll get in return You will receive a salary of £55,000 to £60,000 plus discretionary bonus.
