Overview
A permanent Senior Recruitment Advisor role based in Central Birmingham Your new company A large and complex organisation based in Central Birmingham. They are now looking to recruit a Senior Recruitment Advisor to join their busy and fast-paced internal recruitment team. Your new role The Senior Recruitment Advisor will manage a portfolio of business area family job vacancies. Key responsibilities will include providing resourcing advice and guidance on the resourcing process, developing attraction strategies, managing the end to end recruitment cycle, managing recruitment campaigns, liaising with recruitment suppliers and offer management. The Senior Recruitment Advisor will recruit for both volume campaigns and specialist positions. What you'll need to succeed You need to have previous internal recruitment or RPO experience from within a large, multi-sited business. You will be able to evidence expertise in the management of the complete recruitment cycle for both volume and specialist recruitment campaigns. You will be able to manage multiple roles at different stages and ensure all of the key timescales are met. You will be professional and have great communication skills. What you'll get in return You will receive a salary of £29,000 to £30,000 plus excellent benefits.
