Overview

Description Operating as a Regional HR Business Partner across 6 UK sites you will provide professional HR advice to line managers and employees as appropriate. Manage processes to deal with confidential and legal matters such as consultation, performance management, disciplinary and grievances cases. Conduct meetings and deal with topics as the HR subject matter expert with UK Employee Forums, Union Representatives and line management. Liaise with managers to ensure that the onboarding and probation process for new hires in EMEA is adhered to and tracked in a timely manner, including new hire familiarisation with compensation transparency. Liaise with managers to ensure that the Company's exit procedures are completed for leavers and conduct the employee exit interview. Liaise with line management on recruitment activities where appropriate in EMEA. For local vacancies lead the recruitment programme, working with managers and functions across all sites. Provide guidance to managers on matters of employee absence and liaise with Occupational Health Services on health referrals, risk assessments and cases. As Regional HR Business Partner you will provide support for corporate and/or regional data requests through data analysis and reporting. Profile Proven Regional HR Business Partner professional with experience gained in the Manufacturing and Production Proven experience of UK Employment Law - handling of consultation, performance management, disciplinary and grievance cases Experienced communicator with line management and employees at all levels Experience of dealing with elected representatives such as Union and Employee Forums Job Offer 12 month Regional HR Business Partner opportunity in Trafford, Manchester Excellent salary and benefits package on offer.
