Based from Birmingham City Centre this is an opportunity to join a major UK organisation as HR Operations Manager. Taking a lead role in what is a well-regarded, effective and busy HR team you will be working with Senior HR peers implementing a new HR operating model as well as being responsible for managing the Day to Day HR Operations Team. Key to this role will be your management experience and the ability to run a busy team of HR Administrators, HR Advisors and HR Systems Analysts to ensure that they can be the operational support that HR Business Partners and operational business needs. You can also be expect to be taking a lead on process improvement projects to ensure that HR processes and systems can deliver more commercially relevant support for the business a problem solver as the new HR model is embedded. working with HR peers at all levels to ensure that the new operational HR function can deliver the day to day HR support that the business needs. an empowering mentor for the HR team working as the point of escalation for HR enquiries. In order to be considered for this vacancy you must: Have experience as a HR Manager. Have an understanding of what "good" looks like when it comes to HR models and functions. This likely means that you will have worked in a high performing commercial environment with a well established HR function. Have experience of taking HR peers and operational stakeholders on this sort of journey previously.
