Success Recruit are currently working with a Professional Services company in the West End of London who are seeking to recruit an Insolvency Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be working closely alongside a team of Insolvency Practitioners. The successful Insolvency Administrator will be expected to: Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience dealing with solvent and insolvent liquidations Understand MVL’s and CVL’s Have excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask Have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal The successful Insolvency Administrator will be rewarded with: Becoming a valued team member within a boutique firm of IP’s The opportunity to develop career’ Job Description The Insolvency Administrator will be managing their own portfolio of corporate cases as well as work closely with the team of Insolvency Practitioners to support them with their portfolios. Duties to include but not limited to: Managing CVL’s, MVL’s and Administrations Liaise directly with managers and IP’s Provide regular progress reports to the manager Preparing for and attending meetings Understand the Insolvency Act and appreciate key commercial aspects of insolvency companies Deal with creditor telephone enquiries Ensure all statutory deadlines and other statutory requirements are met This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to join a company of hardworking and dedicated individuals allowing you to expand your experience.
