CNC Turner Hilsea Permanent Full Time Hours Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4.30pm Fridays 7.30am - 12.30 pm Pay Competitive rate of pay to attract the best candidate typically between £14 and £17 per hour Company Do you want to work for a local precision engineering company who supply quality machined components worldwide from their HQ in Portsmouth. Having recently celebrated their 50th year of trading this company are very well established and are seeking a new candidate to join their increasingly successful team due to expansion. Specialising in the manufacturing on precision engineered components and assemblies this business frequently supply to a variety on different industries including Aerospace, Defence, Environmental, Nuclear, Medical and Petro-chemical. The business have invested heavily in their equipment and offer the use of the latest technologies and state of the art CNC machining to ensure they consistently are and become their customers partner of choice. The client is also registered to various BS and ISO standards showing the level and professionalism of the work and working culture with a team of 35 working across 3 different shift patterns, Role The role that is available is that of a CNC Turner Programmer. The successful candidate will be able to competently programme using Fanuc Controls using complex parts, twin spindle, twin turret and driven tooling. CNC machinery to be used includes both 3, 4 and 5 axis machines working to the smallest scale of 5 microns. The successful candidate will be a team player who is motivated, driven, ambitious and has a passion for engineering whilst offering consistent pride in her work.
