Property Manager Wembley, Middlesex £34,000 Pension Parking If you are a professional Property Manager seeking a local position with a progressive organisation then this position could be right for you. Some of your duties will include: - Managing a portfolio of residential properties and maintaining tenant service levels - Planning cyclical requirements maintenance and managing reactive works when required - Visiting properties to carry out a thorough Site inspections and preparing reports - Liaising extensively with tenants and dealing with any property issues that occur - Maintaining regular contact with Insurance Brokers and managing any property claims that occur - Ensuring that any property issues that arise are managed quickly and effectively Regrettably, we are not able to respond to job applicants who are not shortlisted.
