Overview

New opportunity available to join a team of two existing HR Administrators within a busy engineering firm, on the outskirts of Crawley. This is an excellent permanent opportunity within a continuously expanding Company, providing a full range of HR administrative duties to assist the HR Business Partners and HR/L & D Managers to implement all HR policies and procedures within the Company. Hours of work for this position can be flexible between Monday - Friday, as long as 7.5 hours are worked per day (between the hours of 8.30 - 5). Duties involved in the role will include: - Administration of all Starters and Leavers - Dealing with procedural and information enquiries from Managers and Employees - Working alongside payroll team to undertake payroll administration - Maintenance of HR database - Issue offer letters and contracts - Obtain references for new starts - Pensions administration - Drafting and sending out salary update letters - Monitor and log absence reports - Management of the HR mailbox - Dealing with holiday request enquiries - Book training courses and tests, as well as ordering training materials We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years administration experience (ideally within a HR/Personnel department). You will also ideally be CIPD Level 3 qualified or be studying towards it. Additionally, we are looking for a candidate who has good confidentiality and professionalism, strong time management skills and excellent communication skills to individuals at all levels.
