Business Analyst - Glasgow Are you a Business Analyst looking to move into an exciting new role with a growing technology organisation in Glasgow City centre? Are you a proactive person keen to have the autonomy to define solutions? You will join a growing technology team based in Glasgow city centre tasked with working alongside the agile development team to deliver improved and new applications. This role will allow you to use your existing skills to deliver additional and improved functionality of their applications. If you are a confident individual and able to collaborate effectively within technical teams this could be the role for you. Duties will include: Working with the Development, Quality Assurance and Business Analysis teams to develop and improve functionality and processes. Mapping key business processes, identifying waste and root causes of inefficiency and documenting business requirements Gather user stories, specify acceptance criteria and design workflow models for Agile development teams Actively participate in and contribute to the delivery team to improve performance and efficiency About You: Self-motivated and able to manage your day effectively Experience of Agile development principles Financial Services experience The ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels Demonstrable experience of identifying and delivering improvements across large and small change initiatives If you want the chance to progress your career in a supportive and dynamic environment, then apply for immediate consideration.
