We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join the CarMoney Broker team for South Wales and surrounding areas. As a Business Development Manager, you will build and manage relationships with dealerships, broker and introducer relationships within your region and the quantity and quality of the business produced by those partners, ensuring accuracy and that our company processes and procedures are followed. Key Aspects include; * Identify and recruit new dealerships and introducers within your specific geographic region. * Develop your existing relationships, this may involve re-energising some existing relationships and building new relationships * Develop your introducers and dealerships to become profitable business partners * Account manage your dealer portfolio to improve proposal quality and sales conversion * Qualify and manage dealer adherence to FCA and CarMoney procedures * Proactively generate new business and sales opportunities * Feedback market intelligence, understand where our business strengths and opportunities lie and ensuring our partners are aware of the advantages of using CarMoney at all times * Keep all systems and documentation up to date at all times This role is a rare opportunity for an experienced field sales executive from the financial, insurance or motor trade sector to join a rapidly growing and successful team. Your Experience * Field sales experience in the automotive financial services sector * Proven experience of meeting and exceeding targets * Strong knowledge and understanding of automotive financial products * With an excellent understanding of the motor finance sector and can hit the ground running * Ability to tender for new business and build relationships with dealers * Experience of managing a large geographic area * Professional, motivated and passionate attitude * Exceptional verbal and written communication ability * Good educational background with demonstrable ability in Maths and English * Computer Literate, including MS Office products and Email.
