Is the role of Property Systems & Information Officer for you? Looking to work in a not for profit/charitable organisation? (Tick) Experience of managing data information systems and tracking perfomrance? (Tick) Experience of processing financial documents? Ideally within a property department? (Tick) Good with systems for making orders, invoicing, etc (Tick) What will you do? Basically you'll be key to sorting out and managing information systems around property data that client own and the financial data around this which will relate to things like repairs, utilities and rent. You''ll be used to processing financial documents and creating reports ( these will be around property information/financials). You'll. be good at monitoring KPI's, producing report protocols and ultimately you are there to help the surveyor (hiring manager) to look after property portfolio. You'll be doing things like: Management of financial transactions relating to property and accounting for property capital projects and any tenders required. Work closely with finance providing all cash flow information needed Ensure that all invoices and utility bills are processed accurately Ensure controls and processes are in place for all payments/invoices etc related to property work Co-ordinate provision of planned maintenance programme Set up and / or management of data and information systems both electronic and paper Who would be good at this job? Basically someone who has good data/information systems management experience and good experience with processing financial documents. Ideally you've done this around property Reason for role Replacement. Sector Not for profit, this is a Christian organisation. Although religion is not a requirement of the role, you must be someone who fits the beliefs of the organisation and want to help/support others. Hours 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
