Your new role Your new role as an order processor you will be responsible for processing orders for customers and clients that are relevant to the market you will be specialising in. you will also need to answer any customer queries via telephone and email. What you'll need to succeed To succeed you will need to be highly organised and be able to think on your feet due to your workload. You will also need to have strong administration skills, an excellent telephone manor and be able to deal with queries effectively and efficiently. Experience in Microsoft packages is essential to be able to succeed in this exciting role. What you'll get in return In return you will receive a competitive hourly rate, with 25 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays). You will also work within a motivational, friendly team and full training on the in-house systems will be provided.
