Overview

The Company A busy and successful company in High Wycombe are looking for a number of Customer Care focused individuals to join their large customer focused contact centre. You will be working as part of a larger team to provide a professional and timely response service to a large and growing customer base. As part of the Customer Services Team, it will be your responsibility to handle all inbound calls and working to the highest standards, provide full support over the phone. The Role You will be handling inbound calls within a large and busy contact centre, providing full customer support. Responsibilities include: Responding to customer enquiries, providing full company and product information Handling and resolving customer complaints Working to set quality and volume targets as directed by your line manager Making outbound calls and completing customer call backs when required Maintaining accurate call records and updating the internal system Escalating calls where required Completing other administrative and team based tasks as required and directed About You An experienced contact centre and/or telephone based customer service professional Able to provide clear and concise information Can work under pressure to tight deadlines Have experience working to call targets and quality measures Are able to accurately follow instructions and adhere to regulatory guidelines Are detailed and methodical in your approach to work Are a team player, with excellent people skills Have an excellent telephone manner Have experience working in busy, office style environments The Package Starting Salary: £18,000 p/a Working Hours: 37.5 p/w (rotating shift pattern) Holiday: 28 days paid holiday Bonus: Up to £250 p/m available in performance based bonuses
