Are you seeking a Mortgage Advisor job in London and want to work within a growing mortgage brokerage that provides leads and admin support ? This Mortgage Advisor job will provide you with a consistent flow of leads , with the goal of enabling you to maintain a consistent pipeline of 25 - 30 active cases at all times. Leads are generated through their excellent marketing initiatives; including website enquiries, referrals from a Commercial Finance Broker, other professional introducers and client referrals. Plus, they have a growing database of clients for remortgages. Mortgage Advisor Requirements You should hold full CeMAP or equivalent You should be a current Mortgage Advisor with a good track record of performance You should be a motivated individual, keen to achieve excellent results Mortgage Advisor Support Admin support is provided by their team of experienced Mortgage Administrators to help with processing post application and chasing / liaising with the estate agents and lenders etc. The Company Our client company is a growing mortgage brokerage with their head office based in Northern Ireland with strong recruitment plans In addition, they have a sister business which is a growing Commercial Finance Broker and work closely together to benefit all parties involved.
