Overview

Due to expansion we are looking for a Team Administrator interested in joining a fast-growing talent management and recruitment company. This is an exciting time to join us with lots of opportunities to grow within the company. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for someone to support our team with top notch organisational, administrative and research support. Our small team includes our Director/Founder, Account Managers and Resourcers. This is a new role, so you have every opportunity to shape the role yourself and bring ideas to the table Main responsibilities include: Database Management Managing the database and ensuring all processes and procedures are followed to provide a consistently excellent service. Inputting shortlisted candidates onto the database to match specific roles. Adding video conference calls and interview details onto candidate’s files. Amending reports to remove spelling mistakes. Forward CVs and reports directly to the client for consideration. Set up psychometric tests and supply link to candidates. Chase up if not completed. Candidate Management Sending candidate email confirmations of video calls, job specs and application forms. Sending interview details to candidates. Calling candidates to confirm availability for interviews. Calling candidates to check in to see if they are all set for their pending interviews the day before. Collecting passport, refs, NI details and putting on database. Sending texts to shortlisted candidates. Advertise new roles on job boards to reach potential candidates. Client Management Emailing clients confirming interview schedules. Updating and maintaining relevant databases with client information. Email/Diary Management for our Director Action and deal with certain emails when required to do so. Ensuring our Director knows where she is meant to be each day. Organising client and candidate meetings. Organising internal staff meetings. Book and set up meeting room for internal meetings. Key Skills & Qualities: You must have a strong administration background. Ideally have experience with database management. Have a natural flare when dealing with people and building relationships. Confident, outgoing, diligent, and hard working with a meticulous attention to detail. Ability to gain people’s confidence and put them at ease. Excellent organisation skills. Ability to prioritise and be pro-active. Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines. Honest and straightforward.
