Job Title: Sales Team Leader Location: Hertfordshire Salary: £45,000 About the Team Leader Role As the TEAM LEADER you will have an exciting opportunity to be part of an established, global finance organisation. My client have an excellent reputation, and you will play an essential part in the day to day managament of internal account managers in order to maximise sales & provide excellent customer service. As TEAM LEADER your responsibilities and duties will include: You will be managing the day to day performance of the team of four people, managing the flow of work coming into the team from quotation, credit applications through to documentation being signed and returned. The team work closely with our external sales force in a joined-up approach to service our partners. Close connection to our sales support team to ensure smooth hand off to enable our partners to be paid on time. Organising the team to enable time for them to focus on being proactive in finding further business opportunity. As the Team Leader, your role will be pivotal in optimising our response and service to our partners and customers, ensuring the team are taking a proactive approach in regularly speaking to our partners as well as the development and performance of our people.
