You will ensure your team provide customers with an excellent experience and drive business volume through identifying new product opportunities, cross selling and upselling. Key Responsibilities; Lead a team of 5 and responsible for defining and delivering the KPIs Build and maintain strong relations with clients to ensure client satisfaction Meet/exceed KPI targets both for engagement, new product development, commission/margin enhancement and customer satisfaction Motivate your team to reach their KPIs, identify and support each team member to improve results Use the available systems to deliver sales coaching to your team to maximise their success Directly account manage a pool of clients, showing leadership by delivering exceptional service Desired Skills & Experience: You have a minimum of 2 years management experience You are an accomplished account/sales manager You have a logical, analytical approach to numbers You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with clear deadlines and targets for you and team Your strength as a leader with excellent communication skills Good working knowledge of Salesforce would be ideal Due to a very high number of applications we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
