Overview
Our client, a successful Global M&A Advisory Firm are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager. This is a great opportunity for a Transaction Services Manager, ideally with Financial Services experience, looking to move into a Corporate Finance Manager role. The person: With 3- 5 years Financial Services and mid-markets deals experience, you must be ACA, ACCA (or equivalent), CFA or MBA qualified, ideally from a Big 4 or a mid-tier accountancy firm. You will need to be dynamic, able to work autonomously, ambitious and driven, for whom transactions are everything. The role: Whilst the office is based in London, the role will involve travel across Europe and the USA as part of a globally-dispersed team. Home-working will also be possible for the successful candidate, but you must be able to commute to the London office when required. Main responsibilities will include: Financial modelling Preparing Information Memorandums Executing multiple mandates with minimal supervision Ability to negotiate offers, deal structures, and preparing transaction documents involved in the M&A process
