Operations Manager - Luton Company Overview: My client is one of the leading contractors in the high end stone, granite and marble sector, with a steady trade history and a high volume of projects on the horizon for 2020. The projects undertaken cover luxury hotels, high end residential and commercial mixed used developments throughout the UK. My client focus primarily upon the installation of bespoke natural stone, marble and tiling packages - working upon contract values in excess of £10m. Operations Manager Overview: My client are seeking an Operations Manager to head up their project management teams, based predominately out of their head office. The roles & responsibilities are as follows: Job and resource programming using Microsoft Project and/or Astra Power Project Development, implementation and maintenance of reporting and monitoring systems to be able to track and accurately report for each live project Co-ordination of our project teams Preparing high level look ahead programmes to allow resource planning and allocation My client are seeking a confident, organised and hardworking individual who is capable of liaising with clients representing company whilst coordinating current workforce. An Operations Manager with prior experience in the high end stonework market or hotel/high end residential market will be preferred. The salary on offer for this position is in excess of £55k - £60k package, including: travel, phone/laptop, and pension schemes.
