Job Purpose Responsible for managing and leading the Operations of the business and deliver all projects with optimum. Manage the health & safety governance, profit, and repeat business. To promote an ambitious and can-do attitude and culture throughout the group. Evaluate and manage the implementation of business guidelines and strategies, working with other department heads to ensure everything runs smoothly and in accordance with guidelines. A proactive member of the Board. Duties & Responsibilities Manage and lead a team to improve their work efficiency Seek continual improvement of and complying with the IMS system Provide decisive leadership. Continually improve customer ratings, sales and profit – i.e. optimise profit Encourage open-mindedness, seek continual learning and improvement for all company activities. Pro-actively promote continual improvement and Research and Development within the company. Setting standards and defining processes that bring about collaboration and seamless working to delivery on customer needs and satisfaction Ensuring financial targets and other agreed targets are met Ensuring the business operates within the company’s mission statement Pro-actively ensure compliance is adhered to at all times & manage risk Driving the business to increase profits Collaborate with internal departments to handle orders through all phases, ensuring the co-operation and co-ordination of all internal and external partners involved in the process. Experience and Qualification Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent – desirable Have high level of motivation to succeed in both favourable and unfavourable circumstances. Experience in Civils foundation construction and piling. Experience in managing site projects, including labour, and ideally piling plant. Experience in dealing with Main contractor issues, disputes and demonstrate your ability to resolve for the benefit of our company. Demonstrate leadership skills and have the ability build a successful an engaged team. Excellent team player with exceeding organisational and people’s skills and is engaging and has a down to earth approach Highly literate with strong leadership and management experience. Computer literate with good excel skills. You will have a proven track record of achieving targets and will ensure there is an effective work environment at all times.
