We here at Siamo Recruitment are currently recruiting for prestige Parcel company who require ambitious and experienced Tactical Regional Compliance Manager to cover their depots in London areas. You’ll be the direct reporting line to the following depots: Weybridge, Gatwick, Maidstone, Thurrock, Enfield, Hemel Hempstead and Southampton. This role is vital to the organisations success and customer satisfaction you’ll be recruiting, motivating and developing teams across the south and north of London being a key point for escalations. Benefits when joining our client: Company Car Allowance Performance related bonus (up to £6,000 per annum) 26 days holiday bank holidays Opt in benefits scheme (including insurances, discounted memberships and more) Responsibilities within the Tactical Regional Delivery Manager role: First and foremost, the Tactical Regional Compliance Manager will drive and take ownership for continuous improvements on ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) through driving exceptional customer experience Support with leading and motivating the Regional Compliance Teams within our London North and London South regions Responsible for interviewing, selecting and the onboarding of new Compliance Managers Ensure that KPI’s are achieved and that poor performing, or non-compliant Couriers are dealt with effectively. Inspire performance and mentor Compliance team members through 1-2-1's and objectives Ensure the Compliance Teams are proactive in driving efficiencies and provide ‘Strategic Thinking’ Analyse reports to identify compliance failure points and work with Compliance Managers and the Field Team to ensure that non-compliance is identified and managed in an effective manner Responsible for the production of daily and weekly MI analysis Deal with escalated regional claims and enquiries Support the Regional Delivery Managers and Divisional Compliance Managers when required during busy periods and absence Support with weekend coverage on a rota basis as agreed with the Divisional Compliance Managers The ideal candidate will have the following experience: Previous experience within a compliance/analytical role is essential Previous people-management experience with a particular emphasis on support, coaching, motivation and getting the best out of others Previous exposure in distribution would be advantageous however not essential Problem solving and planning effective contingencies and solutions Self-motivation with the ability and drive to get things done Experienced in data analysis and the ability to understand the issues and actions that drive the data Professional, articulate and be able to communicate confidently at all levels Strong understanding of Excel, Word and PowerPoint with the ability to create spread sheets and pivot tables to analyse data Ability to create informative presentations which communicate information visually This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89809474
