Its exciting times for our client in Howden as they begin to expand their development team and are now hiring dedicated Graduate and junior developers to develop a variety of internal applications for the business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for development as well as an interest in technology. You must be a bright forward thinker who would relish the opportunity to be involved in an expanding company. A flavour of some of things you will be involved in will be: Build and maintain custom cutting edge applications Write clean code that is clear and understandable by others Contribute to project specifications and estimations The role will suit an articulate, self-driven and eager to learn individual and as a dedicated member of the team you will be given access to a variety of training aids, have one to one training and the opportunity to enrol on courses and gain qualifications, you will also have a clear career path ahead of you with a variety of different avenues. The working environment is very collaborative and offers the ideal platform for a graduate developer to succeed. Skills required for this role: Knowledge on (Object Orientated Programming) Ideally (but not essential) some commercial experience in development or completed some personal projects. You will need to be a self-starter, motivated and driven to succeed with good communication skills.
