What Youll Be Doing Our FP&A team is split into 3 functions, FP&A Brand partnering with commercial teams, FP&A Production partnering with production and FP&A Central partnering with all Finance functions and being the Excellence centre for Analysis & Reporting. This role will be part of the newly created FP&A Central team which is composed of a Senior Manager leading the team, an FP&A Manager for Technology & Product, an FP&A Manager Reporting & Projects, and two Junior Analysts, one of which is being recruited now. This role has responsibility for reporting our financial performance, comparing it to budget and to proforma budget at actual volumes. Being the link with FP&A Brand and FP&A Production, this role is also key in analysing Gross Margin and all the GM components, and to ensure consistency in all the reports. This role provides the perfect opportunity to get a broad understanding of the business and the entire P&L. Specific Responsibilities: * Creating weekly and monthly reporting packs * Taking part to the budget and reforecast process, especially for the process definition, and for financial consolidation * Tracking performance, performing reviews and undertaking analysis. * Developing financial models and reports to deliver insights. * Business partnering to identify trends that enhance performance and profitability, tracking of variances, risks and opportunities. * Creating effective and credible partnerships by working collaboratively to support and challenge stakeholders in all finance and accounting matters * Providing support and cover for the rest of the FP&A team; other ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements What will I need to succeed? * Excellent financial modelling, data manipulation and Excel skills. * Ability to link financial results and outcomes to operational and commercial trends. * Eagerness to work in an extremely fast-paced environment. * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to convert business needs into accounting & reporting requirements About You * Data hungry with a curiosity and drive for understanding financial information.
