Overview
A service engineer is being sought by a company that works with high voltage industrial, rail electrical, oil and gas industries. This role would suit someone with some experience but who is looking to learn more and grow their skills within a company with support, training and being mentored. Duties Include: Commission, repair, rebuild and service to the highest of standards On-site diagnostics and corrective actions Attend sites UK wide and sometimes overseas Product training in the factory and on sites Experience/Ability Required Includes: Qualified electrical engineering Demonstrable knowledge of high voltage distribution and supply equipment - fault finding and repair knowledge Experience in electrical installations and site work Electrical knowledge of the mining/rail process industries First class face to face and written communication skills Ability to establish rapport quickly with diverse range of people and build strong professional relationships Able to work with technical data with a high attention to detail Work under own initiative as well as able to prioritise workload Please note the salary here is with call out enhancements etc. The basic salary is £28 to £30k before call outs.
