Electrical / Mechanical Engineer - Sheffield - FTC Vacancy: Electrical / Mechanical Engineer Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Location: Sheffield Contract Type: 6 month FTC JPIMedia Holdings Ltd currently has an exciting career opportunity for an Electrical / Mechanical Engineer to join our established Newspaper Printer Operation based in Sheffield on a 6 month FTC with the view to go permanent for the right candidate. JPIMedia Holdings Ltd – Sheffield is a state of the art newspaper printing site and is part of the print division of JPIMedia Ltd, a major publisher of a number of national, local and regional titles. The role is working as part of a shift based Engineering Team. The successful candidate will report to the Engineering Manager and will have an electrical/mechanical/ electronic / Ferag background; you will be responsible for preventative maintenance and repair across all aspects of newspaper production equipment as well as building services. You will need to be an enthusiastic team player and flexible in your approach to new roles, and a willingness to embrace modern manufacturing techniques.
