A fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Manager Great salary, excellent benefits and a fantastic company culture Collection experienced indervidual who will take full ownership of the A/R & Collection Manager position at a medium size company. The applicant should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be a strong communicator, both online and over the phone, as he or she will frequently deal with higher levels of management. THE ROLE: Ensure Credit Control, Accounts Receivable and Cash Collections processes are kept efficient. Customer Management Ensuring that we are in communication with all customers and that we are chasing up debts before, as and after they fall due. Maintaining reporting on customers in a clear and concise manner Collate and deliver reporting on cash collections, outstanding balances, doubtful balances and future cash forecasts. Work to design and implement such reports. Manage AR Assistants, ensuring that they keep up to date with their ledgers and feed into reporting. ABOUT YOU: Experienced in a supervisory or managerial role Hands-on experience with accounting software Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports Ability to accurately process numerical data Team management and negotiation skills Problem-solving attitude Confidentiality Provide and promote the highest levels of customer service Continuously seek ways to improve personal performance Understand the importance of Equality & Diversity in the work place
