Overview

Dealing with customers over the phones and via email. Liaising with different internal departments with regards to customer orders. You will be the first point of contact for the customers. Dealing with queries and issues. Arranging shipping to customers and adhering to export control procedures. Maintaining export control documentation. Keeping records of shipments. Assisting the customer services team with production orders. Assisting with ad hoc administrative task when required. You will be computer literature with excellent interpersonal skills.
